Eggs slide right off! ðð¼
My favorite egg pan âscorchedâ when I accidentally left it with stove on unattended. Still usable, but now eggs will stick. So bummed cause I loved it.The same brand does no longer have an 8â skillet just like mine, and the one I originally bought I send back cause it was nothing like mine.So I went for a different style. Hence this Sensarte one.First off, itâs much heavier that my other egg pan. I bought it cause I down a Japanese omelette (Tamagoyaki) pan in the same brand and I love it, so I wanted to try the 8â pan.Iâll tell you the 2 things I donât like about cause theyâre minor issues:It has a âlipâ but itâs a flat edged, though still its there. I was looking for a thin edge without a lip, cause if you put a lid on it, eventually it scratches. Nbd as itâs not a main factor for me. It is there because the pan itself is very thick (itâs heavy, remember?), so obviously they had to give it the edge.Secondly, itâs much taller than expected. I was looking for a low profile pan, this is truly two inches tall on the outside, measured from my flat glass top stove to the top edge of it. I wouldâve liked a maybe 1.5â but this will do.Now all the positives!I barely sprayed with coconut oil and itâs all it needed to âfryâ my eggs and they slid right off the pan, no spatula needed! ðð¼The lid I already had (doesnât come with one) fits perfectly, so I can get a little steam in it if I want to cook the top of my eggs.It warms up fairly quickly on medium high (I donât intend to forget the burner on againð¤ð¼ but I said this before, so letâs hope not), and maintains temp while cooking.I cooked some frozen cranberries and cut apples to make a chutney without sugar and Judy a bit of water, and I brought to boil then simmered lid on, and she did just great! Nothing stuck! Now I have a cran-apple add-in for my oatmeal or I could use as a pie filling. And the apples are pretty sugary and sweet. If I had used a regular pan Iâd have scraped the bottom afterwards.Wipes clean! I can wipe it clean after eggs with a wet-or dry-paper towel (cooled off), or it can be hand washed with soft sponge and dish soap.I would not put in dishwasher. Donât remember if it said you could, but I wouldnât.Donât use scouring tools, I think it would ruin it, but thatâs my preference. Iâve think you *can* use some metal spatula etc, I just personally do not.Handle is good, well balanced, but nothing special. Came in a box well packaged, and you just had to put handle on with the screw.Price was also nice compared to similar ones. Fast shipping.Though Iâve only had it a week or so, all in all I love it so far. Thumbs up.

Cooks like Cast Iron but with Easy Clean Up
This brand has become our favorite. We have all of the available sizes at our home and vacation home. They cook like they were cast iron but the cleanup is like magic with a little detergent, warm water and a sponge. They look great and they are quite thick. They also give you a free phillips screwdriver with each pan. I have lots of expensive tools and I have to say that the quality of the screwdrivers is better my others. Retail the darn screwdriver would sell for $8. Anyway, I can’t say enough good things about these pans. I have purchased over a dozen of these for our use and also as great gifts for family and friends. Without exception everyone likes these pans (and cool screwdrivers too).

My new favorite pan, and great value for the money!
I’ve been using heavier pans (AllClad, etc.), and I was looking to not only lighten the load but also to get rid of my last non-stick other brand because I didn’t want anything flaking off into the food. This is non-stick because it’s ceramic, and the cleanup is incredibly easy. I tested it by leaving it on the stove overnight with a light layer of the cooking residue and the following morning it wiped off with just the initial rinse. I also love that it is so lightweight! Foods do not stick at all during or after cooking, and everything cooked evenly. I’m ordering the omelet pan next.

Great for Eggs and Everyday Cooking â Stylish, Sturdy. Just missing a Lid
Cooking performance: The nonstick quality is excellent. Eggs, fruits, and other delicate items cook evenly and slide right off with little to no oil. Iâve tested it with everything from simple fried eggs to simmering a cranberry-apple chutney, and nothing stuck. It heats up quickly and holds temperature well, making it reliable for everyday cooking.Price-to-quality ratio: For the price, itâs hard to beat. The pan performs like something from a much higher price range. It offers great value for anyone looking for solid performance without paying premium cookware prices.Build quality: The pan is sturdy and has a nice weight to it, but itâs not on the same level as top-tier French or professional-grade cookware. That said, it feels well-made and durable enough for regular home use. The handle attaches securely and gives a reassuring sense of balance when cooking.Comfort: The pan is comfortable to hold and easy to maneuver, even when full. The grip and balance are well thought out, and it doesnât feel awkward or overly heavy in the hand.Fit & size: The sizing is accurate â itâs a true 8-inch skillet â though itâs a bit deeper than most pans in this size range. That extra depth can be useful for saucier dishes, but if you’re looking specifically for a low-profile egg pan, take note. One drawback: It doesnât come with a lid, which wouldâve made it a complete package. While I had a lid at home that fit well, I do think including one would add value, especially since the pan is otherwise so versatile.Design: The stone-grey finish is clean and modern, making it an attractive addition to the kitchen. It looks more premium than most nonstick pans found at retail chains.Overall: This pan has exceeded expectations for its price point. Itâs a major upgrade compared to most finds at Marshalls, HomeGoods, or similar stores. While not quite in the league of luxury cookware, itâs a smart buy for everyday use. Highly recommend for anyone needing a reliable nonstick skillet without spending a fortune.

Nice moderately priced small pan.
Nice solid little pan. Easy to clean, and feels a lot more “real” than a cheapo one. The heat distribution is good. It comes with handle not attached, but they PROVIDE A PERFECTLY NICE SCREWDRIVER in the package for you to screw on the handle. Price of this pan is fine, especially when you consider the free screwdriver.
