Very Happy with This Parchment Paper!
I have been using Kirkland brand parchment for years but thought I’d try this brand and avoid a trip to Costco. I have a small business selling decorated sugar cookies so I go through a good amount while baking. I was wary at first as it is a bit thinner than Kirkland’s paper, but it worked out great. My cookies turned out perfectly and that’s all I wanted. I’ll absolutely purchase this again!

It’s slightly thinner than other brands I’ve used, it doesn’t give me the most defined cuts, but it’s fine for my purpose.

I bake a lot and this is the best and most cost effective parchment I have found. Wide enough for my oversized sheet pans. Thick and sturdy enough to reuse many times when baking sourdough.
